Ski Racing Season has Officially Begun!
Posted October 28, 2014
on:Independent Ski Racing just got home from a three week trip to Europe that started with a training block on the glaciers in Schnastal, Italy and Hintertux, Austria and ended racing the World Cup Opener in Sölden! Here are some photos of the adventure:

THANK YOU to coach Cody Marshall, not only for working hard the past three weeks in Europe, but for helping me believe in my self when the challenges seemed impossible to over come!
Our work paid off and I was super excited to be one of the three America girls in the top-30 in the tough conditions of the World Cup opening GS in Sölden- bib 54 to 26th place!

Lastly, a huge thank you to Sally Martin and Harold Kaufmann for flying me to and from Europe on Delta!
To Podium Ski Service in Park City for getting my skis ready to race!
And to DataXstream for all of your support!

Yes we see you did well. We dialed the races in on the web and saw both you and Ted. Keep the smile on your face, work hard and have fun. Wishing you and Cody and your family good luck in the coming season. Cayan enjoys your posts.
